• We collect standard log information when you use our website. This includes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. This information is used for maintaining the security and operation of our service and for internal troubleshooting purposes only.

Information we DO NOT collect:

• We do not use third-party analytics services like Google Analytics. We do not track your activity across different websites.
• We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes. We only use essential cookies necessary for the basic functionality of the website, such as managing your login session.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our website and the photo analysis service.
• Store your uploaded images and their analyses for your access.

We do not use your personal information or uploaded content for marketing, advertising, AI model training, or any purpose other than providing and maintaining the core service to you.

Important: The third-party AI service providers we use (Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Mistral AI) may process your images according to their own terms of service and privacy policies. These providers may use data from their services to improve their AI models, as outlined in their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies if you have concerns about how your data may be used by these AI providers.

Image Data Handling

Your uploaded images and the AI-generated analysis data are treated as your confidential information.

• Storage: Images and analysis results uploaded to your library are stored securely on our servers solely for the purpose of providing the service to you through your account. We create multiple optimized versions of your images (different sizes) to improve performance and reduce loading times while maintaining the original for your use.
• Temporary Processing: Images used with the "immediate analysis" feature on the home page are temporarily stored on our servers for up to 10 minutes to provide the analysis results, after which they are automatically deleted. These temporary files include security measures such as user identification to prevent unauthorized access.
• AI Service Providers: Your images are processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Mistral AI) to generate analysis results. These providers process your images according to their own privacy policies and terms of service. While they typically do not retain images beyond processing time, they may use the interaction data to improve their AI models as permitted by their terms.
• Third-Party Access: Except for the AI processing mentioned above, we do not share your uploaded images or analysis results with any other third-party services or partners.
• Usage: We do not use your images or analysis results for any purpose other than displaying them back to you and providing the analysis service functionality.
• Analysis Data: Our system generates comprehensive analysis data about your images, including genre, subject, emotion, style, setting, location, tags, dominant colors, and technical metadata (such as equipment used and software settings). While some of this information may not be displayed in the current user interface, it is collected and stored as part of the analysis to potentially enhance future features.
• Deletion: You can delete your images and associated analysis data through your Library page. Deleting your account will result in the permanent deletion of all associated images and data within 14 days.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your Content (images and analyses) with any third parties for their promotional purposes or for any reason other than those described below.

We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
• Service Providers: We use Cloudflare for website performance and security, and third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Mistral AI) for image analysis. While these services process your data according to their respective privacy policies, they do not retain your images beyond the processing time required and do not have access to your account information or stored analysis results.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information (like email, username) for as long as your account remains active. We retain your uploaded images and analysis data until you choose to delete them or until you delete your account.

Log data is typically retained for a shorter period, such as 30 days, except when used for security investigations or if required by law.

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. We use HTTPS for data transmission. Passwords are stored using strong hashing algorithms. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Data Protection Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU residents), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

• Right of Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
